This is Hallvardr Melvins Nightmare-Call. ^^
Hallvardr is a cockatrice with two forms. One in which he looks more like a peacock and the other is his 'real form'.
A cockatrice is another form of a basilisk but looks more like rooster/dragon mix. The other form of him looks more like that death bringing creature.
I need to redraw that picture xD
